How do I upgrade my membership to a higher subscription? Login to your account and select "upgrade". Then choose your subscription.
Why is my listing not showing anymore? There could be a number of reasons for this such as 1) Your listing has been temporally suspended and an email has been sent to you
explaining why. 2) You modified your listing and this now has to be re-approval by the staff at AussiePages or 3)
In the rare case, your account has been deleted for not complying with
our terms and conditions.
If I no longer wish to be included in the directory, can
I have my website / business removed? Yes, It’s your listing and you have the right to have it removed anytime you wish, however there will be no refund if your website or business is removed.
A new listing fee will apply if you would like to have it re-listed in the directory. Just login to your account and follow the prompts.
If need to speak to some urgently, is there other alternative way to contact you instead of email? Yes, however we normally respond to email within a few hours of receiving it but in the rare case it can take up to 48 hours. If you have an emergency and would like to speak to a staff regarding your account you can contact us on +61 2 97031800 during business hours. Please have your username and details ready. For privacy reason we can only discuss an account with the account holder.
I want to change my listing, but I don't
know how. Login to your account via the "Login
Now" option below our AussiePages logo and follow the prompt. You will
need your Users ID and Password.
Ive just registered my business with your directory a couple of days
ago, but I wish to cancel my listing and get a refund. Can I?

How long does it take before I get my refund?
Refunds can take up to 72 hours from when you have submitted the
request. If its been more than 72 hours and your refund still hasn't
been issued, contact our financial department
