AussiePages.com.au operates an online business and entertainment directory for Australian and international businesses and or websites. Your inclusion of your business and or website to the directory is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms and any other specific conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in the website including the "Privacy Policy" and the "Terms and Condition" Please read these Terms and Condition carefully.

Online Paid Directory

• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://  unless listed in the Retail and Online Shopping category.
• You must have the authority to provide the image(s) / link(s) for the website / business  you submit
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image(s) / link(s) goes live in our directory.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep this to a minimum.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in our PaPal or bank account), We will then aim to get your image(s) / links online within 12 hours, but it in the rare case it take up to 48 hours. Please do not contact us unless it has been more than 48 hours.
• We can amend these Terms and Condition - We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Condition at any time and from time to time.
• The minimum purchase is $4.90 per month. This will allow your website / business to be published in one of our categories.
• The monthly fee for the subscription you have chosen will continue until you cancel by login into you PayPal account and cancelling it.  No refund will be issued if a monthly transaction has gone through.
• You may change your image / listing by login into your members area, however sponsored links images can not be changed directly by you, you must email support and attach a new image and we will make the necessary changes for you. You must include your current user ID and current category you are sponsoring.
• Sponsorship categories can not be changed once approved.
• If your image(s) and / link(s) are accepted you cannot get a refund.
• No obscene/offensive/adult/gambling/religious/hacking sites - your listing will NOT be accepted.
• If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded.
• If your image(s) and link(s) are accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene/offensive/adult/gambling/religious/hacking material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the image(s) / link(s) downtime.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image(s) / link(s) removed from our directory, you can, but you will not get a refund. This can be done by login into your account via the login page using your username and password.
• You are not to copy any other listing in our directory to re-use in your own listing. Doing so will result in your listing being suspended and possibly deleted without a refund.

Free link exchange directory listing

We will list your site or business in our directory free of charge* as long as you agree to our terms and condition and privacy policy.

*To upgrade your FREE listing, login to your member’s area and select 'upgrade' and choose your subscription.
